Environmental Photography Camp 2024

2024/8/19-8/23

Based on the successful experiences in 2022 and 2023, WNC and the Chi Po-lin Foundation reproduced the camp in Hsinchu in 2024 and held a five-day environmental photography camp for 20 students aged 10 to 14. Through visits to NTHU, the Siangshan Wetlands, Haishan Fishing Port and Gaofeng Botanical Garden, we helped students learn about coastal and wetland ecosystems and the biodiversity of low-lying mountain areas and guided them to observe and discuss environmental issues. With Director Chi Po-lin’s spirit of “letting people see what I see,” we encourage these students to demonstrate their observations about the environment through images and pay more attention to the relationship between human beings and the environment.
