Actively encourage employees to provide long-term support, companionship, and care for children in remote areas.
- The new three-year “English Differentiated Teaching Plan 2.0” was launched in 2023, and NT$808,000 was donated in 2024. A total of 18 WNC volunteers participated in the English camp in May, and a total of 68 students benefited.
- A total of 603 employees sponsored 124 rural schoolchildren in 2024, for a total amount of NT$1,809,000.
Promote rural education and build self-confidence of rural children.
- In 2024, a total of NT$550,000 was donated to develop rural education.
- In 2024 the Smrangi Sanfu Club of National Yangming Chiaotung University was added to the list of sponsored university clubs, and a total of NT$930,000 was provided to seven university service clubs.

Implement carbon reduction initiatives with a sustainable mindset.
- In 2024, WNC launched a Bring Your Own Food Containers activity.
- On April 13, 2024, 100 WNC employees participated in a tree planting event in the Xitou Nature Education Area, planting 1,500 native tree saplings in a one hectare area.
Reduce ecological impact and promote local biodiversity.
- In 2024, with the sponsorship of the Chi Po-lin Fundation, WNC donated a total of NT$550,000 for 20 students to participate in an environmental photography camp.

Introduce organic produce for greater dining experience.
- In 2024, NT$9.5 million was invested in the Good Food Movement to promote our green marketplaces and organic food. The initiative was awarded two stars in the UK Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) “Food Made Good” global sustainable restaurant evaluation.
- Worked with social enterprises in 2024 to organize group purchase events and invited smallholder farmers to showcase and sell their products on-site. Employees were encouraged to participate and purchase goods, with total amount of sales reaching NT$86,178.
Expand sales channels to increase the income of smallholder farmers, and to encourage land-friendly farming.
- In 2024, WNC purchased 1,000 kg of organic rice for NT$100,000.
- A total of 171 volunteers participated in farming activities, assisted small farmers in their farming work, and learned about food and agriculture education through hands-on experiences.

- In 2024, charity markets were held regularly at Taiwan sites, with sales revenue reaching NT$602,000.
